“I had spent years with pain in various parts of my body when I met Grace. After just a few classes, I found that any pain with which I had come to class disappeared during the practice of the fluid movements, breathing exercises, and meditations. As I have continued to let Grace lead me in embracing the mind, body, and spirit connection, today I am completely pain-free and experiencing good health at a new level. My diabetic glucose numbers plummet, and my blood pressure levels have been known to drop, as well. Having healed in enormous ways, I owe a great amount of gratitude to my mentor and teacher, Grace Tsuyuki, and to the patient, positive attitude she presents to her students.
